Alterations and Additions | The client for this property wanted to extend under the veranda. They wanted to make the verandah into a living space so that it became a property addition. Underneath the veranda, there is another bedroom they wanted to include an ensuite. Reconfigure the garage, the garage was downstairs, same level as the bedroom. Reconfigure the laundry besides the garage. The client also wanted internal stairs created. The idea was to demolish the floor below and rebuild it, with a property walk in wardrobe, ensuite, equipped for guests who may wish to come and stay. A new internal staircase was designed connect the two levels.
